Solution
To ensure high consistency across interfaces, I implemented continuous UX research, sharing findings with stakeholders to optimize user experience. I built and led the design department, establishing effective collaboration between designers and other teams. Several advertising and animation campaigns were created, supported by external contractors, which significantly boosted brand awareness. I also led the development of the corporate website and landing pages on Webflow, speeding up the implementation of new functional solutions without the need for developers.
