Jazz Kvartal

Jazz Quarter is a residential development by the real estate developer Sminex. I was tasked with designing a landing page specifically for contextual advertising, encompassing the complete research cycle, hypothesis formulation, and development process, implemented on the Tilda platform.

Task

  • Conducting comprehensive market and user research to inform the design and messaging of the landing page.
  • Formulating hypotheses based on research insights to drive design decisions and optimize user engagement.
  • Designing the landing page to effectively capture leads and convert visitors through compelling visuals and persuasive content.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align the design with Sminex’s branding and project goals.

The landing page was designed with a focus on clarity and conversion, showcasing the unique selling points of the Jazz Quarter development. Through thorough research and hypothesis testing, I created a visually appealing and user-friendly design that aimed to maximize lead generation from contextual advertising campaigns. The implementation on Tilda allowed for easy updates and maintenance while ensuring a seamless experience across all devices
